By working with your Account Manager, we can set up just about any plan to work with an HRA. We have two vendors that we work with to administer the HRA for the group. 

Yes. We offer MyParamount to all Paramount subscribers. MyParamount offers members access to claims, authorizations, benefit summaries, RX coverage information, email communication to Paramount, a shopping network full of discounts and much more. 

Yes, we have several plans in our Consumer Directed Health Plans (CDHP) that are HSA qualified. We have discount pricing (or free) available through local and regional banks.

Paramount recognizes any marriage, as defined by the federal government. 

Yes. We have a substantial Union membership. We are very familiar with Union negotiations and requirements.

• If you are not licensed with Paramount, please email the details of your groups to paramount.marketing@medmutual.com and we will work with you to get a quote. 
• If you are licensed, we can accept Ohio and Michigan Small Group (less than 50 employees) quotes through our online portal. You may access the portal by signing in on the website. 
• If you have a large group (50 or more employees), please work directly with your Account Manager to ensure that our Underwriters have all of the required information to complete a proposal and release rates in a timely fashion. 

Under the Employer section of our website, you will find FAQs that address the most common questions we receive from our employer groups. If you cannot find an answer there, please reach out to us directly and we will answer your specific question. 

You are assigned an Account Manager/Team when you sign up with Paramount. If you need their contact information, please send an email to paramount.marketing@medmutual.com and we will send you all their contact information and have your Account Manager reach out to you. 

You are paid commissions for groups that you write with Paramount. However, your commissions will vary depending on the product that is sold. All commissions are paid on a monthly basis. Please refer to your contract with Paramount for the specific details, or contact your Account Manager for clarification. 

Depending on your group’s size and location, we have several products available. We offer a range of fully insured products for OH including HMO, POS, and CDHP. We offer PPO as a fully funded option in MI. PPO is also available as a self-funded option for OH and MI groups. Please speak directly with your Account Executive to determine which plans are available for your group. We also have Marketplace plans through healthcare.gov.

We also offer Medicare and Medicaid products to the community.

We offer fully funded plans in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. Our website will show you where each product is available. Look under the Plan Options tab. 

We also offer self-funded options to the entire state of Ohio and Michigan. Please speak to your Account Manager for more information. 

Paramount provides coverage to many large groups (over 250 contracts). We would be happy to share with you the names of some of these clients upon request.
