Our broker portal, through Jet Insure allows you to go online 24/7 to quote small groups. No more sending emails, submitting documentation and waiting for a response. You can do it all online. Plus, your small group renewals are available here, too!
Group Reporting
Want to know how your group is performing? Use our online group reporting tool to monitor your groups’ utilization, see high-dollar claims and track trends. Keep in mind, due to HIPAA, some data is restricted based on the group size.

You have a dedicated Paramount Account Manager to help you any time it's needed. Never hesitate to call! We pride ourselves on getting to know you, your agency and your clients.
Connected to Your Health
- Personal Call Center Representative – Members can pick their own personal Member Services Representative! This allows employees to speak to the same person every time they call.
- Live Chat – Members can contact Paramount Member Services Representatives via instant messaging on their computer between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. EST.
Online Health Resources
- Telehealth Services – Telehealth Services allows you to have a live video visit with a board-certified provider. Through your mobile device or computer, quickly access care for common illnesses 24/7/365.

Preventive Services
The easiest way to be well is to stay well. We want to keep employees healthy and at work. That's why we offer preventive services at no cost to employees.
Health Risk Assessment
All Paramount members have access to our online HRA through their MyParamount account. We encourage employees to take this brief assessment to establish a medical risk baseline and help identify potential health risks. Employees can track their health over time within the portal.
Condition Management Programs
Part of being well is taking care of chronic conditions. We offer condition management through our Steps2Health program to members who require extra help with chronic conditions. We want to help employees manage their conditions and enjoy a higher quality of life.
Tobacco Cessation
There are many reasons to avoid tobacco use – the most important is the health of our members. We offer our members a variety of options to help them quit tobacco.
