Our Most Recent Awards and Accreditations 

National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)

Paramount maintains accreditation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). This accreditation involves a rigorous review of a health plan’s consumer protection and quality improvement systems. It also requires health plans to submit audited data on key clinical and service measures. (1995 – 2024)

Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS)

Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) is an annual member survey. Our results show continual improvements and strides in areas of overall health plan rating and customer service.

Quality

We believe that everyone – Paramount team members and our dedicated providers – is responsible for the quality of our health plan. We continuously look for ways to improve our clinical and administrative services. We measure our performance across all products lines. Above all else, we strive to make sure each member feels listened to, respected and appreciated.
