As a valued Paramount Elite member, you have access to a variety of health and wellness products through your over-the-counter (OTC) benefit. All Paramount Elite members have up to $175 to spend on select brand-name and generic products every quarter. There are several ways to shop for eligible items through our partner NationsOTC®:
- Online: Visit Paramount.NationsBenefits.com.
- App: Download the NationsOTC Benefits Pro™ smartphone app for iPhone or Android.
- Phone: Call NationsOTC at 1-877-204-1721.
- Mail: Print the order form or call NationsOTC to request a copy.
- In-store: Shop at over 2,700 retail locations in our OTC network, including Kroger, Walgreens and Walmart nationwide.

You will have access to over 600 products to support many health and wellness needs, including:
- Dental care
- Therapy and exercise
- Diabetes care
- Supports and braces
- Digestive care
- Cold and flu
- Foot care
- Vitamins and dietary supplements
- Pain relief
- Eye and ear care
- Incontinence
- Home health care
- Diagnostics
- Skin care
- First aid
- Smoking cessation
It is located on the front of your Paramount Elite Medicare plan member ID card.
You could have up to $175 to spend every quarter, depending on your Paramount Elite plan.
Your OTC allowance expires at the end of each calendar quarter.
- Quarter 1: Expires March 31
- Quarter 2: Expires June 30
- Quarter 3: Expires September 30
- Quarter 4: Expires December 31
We strongly recommend placing online and mail orders no later than the 20th of each month to ensure your order is processed during the correct benefit period.
Unused OTC balances will not roll over to the next quarter.
If the cost of your order exceeds your OTC balance, you can either pay the remaining cost out of pocket or choose to remove some items from your order. You will not be reimbursed by Paramount Elite Medicare for orders placed outside of your OTC benefit allowance
There is no limit on the number of items you can order. If the cost of your order exceeds your OTC balance, you can either pay the remaining cost out of pocket or choose to remove some items from your order.
You can cancel an order up to one hour after it has been placed. However, products cannot be returned.
In the event an order is returned as undeliverable and unopened, NationsOTC will restock the product and reverse the order from the system. NationsOTC will not charge a restocking fee. NationsOTC will attempt to contact you if an order was returned as undeliverable.
You can use the NationsOTC Benefits Pro app to scan a product’s barcode to confirm that it’s eligible. Or, bring a copy of the catalog with you to reference. If you try to buy an item not included in the catalog, your NationsBenefits® Flex Card will decline.
