Paramount Elite Medicare plans are HMO-POS and PPO plans with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in a Paramount Elite Medicare plan depends on contract renewal. Every year, Medicare evaluates plans based on a 5-Star rating system.

October 1 to March 31: seven days a week, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas).
