Paramount's Medigap Solutions

Do you have Original Medicare Parts A and B – the Medicare plan offered by the Federal government? To help cover the gaps in Original Medicare coverage, you can add Medicare supplemental insurance. Paramount offers five supplemental (Medigap) plans. These plans are called Medigap.

Supplemental Insurance

Supplemental insurance fills “gaps” in Original Medicare. We offer a variety of Medigap plans that allow members to enjoy comprehensive coverage with greater protection in the event of an unexpected illness or injury. As Medicare continues to determine your covered benefits, Paramount’s Medigap plan will help pay deductibles or the balance of your claims for covered services. In addition, you pay a single premium and enjoy the freedom of choosing your own doctors and hospitals.

Who is eligible for Medigap?

In Ohio, Paramount Medigap is available to anyone 65 years of age or older who resides in the state.

In Michigan, Paramount Medigap is available to anyone 65 years of age and older as well as those who are under 64 and who resides in the state.

If you are applying for Medicare supplemental coverage outside of your initial open enrollment period, there are certain situations where you may be subject to medical underwriting.
