To make sure that all of our members have complete access to their physicians’ knowledge and recommendations, we at Paramount provide Interpreter Services. After all, clearly communicating to your patients isn’t just good practice: it’s the law. As a Paramount provider, you are required by Federal law to provide language assistance when it is requested, or when you believe it will ensure a satisfactory health care encounter.

Whether your patient needs services for the hearing impaired or has limited English proficiency, we are committed to making sure that all of our members are able to understand their physicians—and that our providers can hear their patients’ questions and concerns.
