Commercial/Employer Drug Benefits
Paramount is committed to providing high-quality, cost-effective insurance plans that are tailored to meet the needs of both members and their employers. We also offer prescription drug benefits that are designed to bring down costs for your patients while still allowing you plenty of choice when it comes to prescribing medications. Our prescription plans are generally constructed around a four-tier copay system, with generic and preferred drugs at the lowest copay.
Member safety and savings with Paramount prescription benefits
As a physician, the safety and well-being of your patients is your number one priority. We at Paramount share that concern. That’s why we have a number of administrative policies in place that oversee the prescription of certain costly, rare medications. From our Specialty Drug Program to our Prior Authorization and Step Therapy Policy, we strive to help you prescribe the safest drugs possible.
