Wellness

Not only do we provide health insurance to your employees, we also offer a variety of services intended to help your employees improve their well-being. And improving their well-being will reduce your claims costs.

Preventive Services 

The easiest way to be well is to stay well. We want to keep your employees healthy and at work. That’s why we offer preventive services at no cost to your employees (limited to your specific group coverage). We have a list of Preventive Services for your convenience.

Steps2Health Online Wellness

Sometimes you just want to know a little more. When your employees are actively engaged in their health, they become more cost-effective. Our Steps2Health Online Wellness (open a pdf to pass out to your employees) information gives your employees access to information on conditions, medications, treatments, and recent medical news. You can access a large knowledge base by logging into MyParamount account or by visiting the StayWell web site.

Steps2Health Health Risk Assessment (HRA) 

All Paramount members have access to our online HRA through their MyParamount account. We encourage employees to take this brief assessment to establish a medical risk baseline and help identify potential health risks. Your employees can track their health over time within the portal.

Steps2Health Condition Management Programs 

Part of being well is taking care of chronic conditions. We offer disease management through our Steps2Health program to members who require some extra help with chronic conditions. We want to help your employees manage their conditions and enjoy a higher quality of life while you enjoy lower claims costs. Learn more.

Total Wellness (must have 15 enrolled members) 

We have partnered with Total Wellness to offer onsite employer health fairs for your employees with major discounts on the services. There are a variety of programs available. Please speak with your Account Executive at 419-887-2500 to discuss the options for your group.
