You know you're required to have coverage, so let's figure out which Paramount Health Insurance Marketplace plan works best for you.

First, let's talk eligibility.

To be eligible for health coverage through the Paramount Health Insurance Marketplace plans, you:

  • Must reside in northwest Ohio, specifically one of these counties:
    •  Ashland, Crawford, Defiance, Erie, Fulton, Hancock, Henry, Huron, Lucas, Marion, Marrow, Ottawa, Putnam, Richland, Sandusky, Seneca, Williams, Wood or Wyandot
    • We partially cover these counties: Allen, Delaware, Hardin, Knox, Lorain, and Paulding. To see if your ZIP code is covered, check out our enrollment tool.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national (or be lawfully present)
  • Must not currently be incarcerated
  • Dependents must be 26 or under (28 or under in the state of Ohio)
