Welcome to Paramount DIRECT, our DIRECT access portal that provides secure on line access to health plan information for our customers. Paramount DIRECT is designed to provide an easy to use, self-service interface that automates common transactions and eliminates the need for a phone call to Paramount.

Current Offerings:

Provider DIRECT - Allows Paramount providers to look up member eligibility and benefit information, review claims, as well as review and submit referrals and authorizations relating to their members.

Member DIRECT - Allows Paramount subscribers the ability to review eligibility and benefit management information, claims, authorizations, and other information for the members covered under their contract.  Subscribers can also change their address, request ID cards on behalf of their family, or change their primary care physician online.  

Broker DIRECT - Allows brokers to obtain a quote for small groups that are new to Paramount.
