We call them Paramount Perks, and they are easy and convenient to use.

With Paramount Perks, it’s simple to save! Just show your PHC member card wherever Perks discounts are offered, or use it to shop online. These perks are exclusively for Paramount members. Personal Call Center Representative

As a member of Paramount, you can have your very own Personal Call Center Representative (PCCR). When you sign up for a PCCR, you will speak to the same person in Member Services every time you call. Members who have PCCRs enjoy the personalized experience of hearing a familiar voice every time they call. You can call 800-462-3589 to request a PCCR form, or you can fill out a form online. As soon as you are registered, we will call you with all the necessary information on how to contact your PCCR.

Paramount Shopping Network

The Paramount Shopping Network offers you valuable savings on apparel, travel, cell phones, computers and electronics, diamonds and jewelry, tickets, and lots of other featured products. You can register for the Paramount Shopping Network through your Paramount DIRECT member login. Learn how to sign up to get access to these great discounts, special offers, and seasonal savings!

Concierge Phone Service

This service is available at ProMedica Toledo Hospital and ProMedica Toledo Children’s Hospital. As a convenience for you and your family, you have personal access to a concierge representative who will answer any questions you may have during your visit or put you in touch with the appropriate party. Our concierge phone service is available by calling 419-291-5899 or 800-234-8773.

Monthly Gift Card Drawing

Now there is even more incentive to use your preventive and screening benefits! When you use your benefits to get a regular preventive or screening service at a PPG office, you will be entered into a monthly drawing for a $15 gift card, good as cash. Show your PHC member card next time you see your PPG doctor for a preventive visit or have a screening for cervical cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, or cholesterol.

20% Discount at KidzWatch

Kidz WatchIf you’re a parent, you know that your family’s schedule can be hectic and unpredictable. Sometimes you need an extra helping hand. KidzWatch is an accredited service that provides “drop-in” child care for those times you need to shop, run errands or go to an appointment. 10% Discount at the Flower Market

Paramount members enjoy a 10% discount on any one item at the Flower Market, located near the campus of ProMedica Toledo Hospital and Toledo Children’s. This offer excludes weddings, funerals and other discounts. Show your PHC member card when placing an order in person, or simply call the Flower Market at 419-475-1121 to place your order today!

10% Discount at Wildwood Athletic Club

is a state-of-the-art exercise facility that offers self-guided workout facilities, personal training, and a wide variety of group exercise classes. Show your PHC member card for a 10% discount on a membership at Wildwood. You can use this discount even if you are already Wildwood member—and enjoy a complete fitness, sports and social experience for less!

10% Discount at Area YMCA/JCCs

You can reap the physical benefits of regular exercise at a Toledo-area YMCA/JCC for 10% less when you show your PHC member card. Find out what the YMCA/JCC has to offer! (This offer excludes other discounts.)

CaringBridge for Friends and Families

Caring Bridge web sites are free, personalized sites that hospital patients use to keep family and friends updated during a critical illness, treatment or recovery. These sites also allow friends and family to send messages of support so that patients know that their loved ones are thinking of them.

We at Paramount are proud to help our members connect with CaringBridge. Every CaringBridge web site is free, personalized and includes a patient care journal, guest book, photo gallery, and free online support for using the service.

10% Discount for ProMedica at Home

If you have a medical condition that requires home care, you want reliable help that still allows you to be independent. With ProMedica at Home, you can live at home and maintain an independent lifestyle knowing that help can be there at the push of a button. As a member of Paramount, you have access to services provided by highly skilled health care professionals in the privacy of your own home. Ask Paramount (Nurse Line)

Your health and well-being are important to us—that’s why we provide Ask Paramount, a call center staffed 24/7 with registered nurses. Sometimes you have a medical question or concern when your doctor’s office is not open. With Ask Paramount, you will feel confident knowing that you are taking charge of your wellness and getting the information you need. Our caring professionals will answer any questions you may have or refer you to the appropriate facility.

Dependent 101

When your child goes away to college, you know that he or she is taking a big step on the road to adulthood. With Paramount, you can help ensure your college student’s well-being through our Dependent 101 program. If your student is enrolled at a school that is outside of your usual care network, you can expand their coverage so that they will be taken care of by providers near their university. Dependent 101 is designed to help you—and your student’s—finances by reducing out-of-pocket costs.
