Welcome to Paramount Advantage!
Paramount Advantage is a managed care plan (MCP) that Covered Families and Children Medicaid consumers, including Healthy Start and Healthy Families can choose to join. Joining a MCP will not cause you to lose your Medicaid, WIC or other public assistance benefits. Joining Paramount Advantage is voluntary.
When you join Paramount Advantage you will get a Paramount Advantage ID card. These ID cards replace your monthly Medicaid card.
Each person that joins Paramount Advantage must choose a primary care provider (PCP) from Paramount Advantage's provider directory. Your PCP is your personal doctor and is responsible for coordinating your health care.
As a member of Paramount Advantage you will still be able to get all medically-necessary Medicaid-covered services, including HEALTHCHECK (EPSDT) services and additional prenatal services that promote positive birth outcomes, as well as extra services that Paramount Advantage offers.

Covered Families and Children eligible for Medicaid, including Healthy Start and Healthy Families can enroll in Paramount Advantage by calling the Managed Care Enrollment Center at 1-800-605-3040 (TTY 1-800-292-3572).
